MS KEDIBONYE PROCTOR
Ms Kedibonye Proctor is a Quantity Surveyor by profession with over 15 years experience in both the Construction Industry and the Mining Sector. She has a wealth of experience in Project Management, Contract Administration and Construction Management. She has worked on mega projects overseeing procurement and contracts management. She brings in extensive experience to the QSRC Management; having worked as a Consultant Quantity Surveyor for major QS Consulting firms in Botswana; and heading the Contracts Section for one of the largest Mining houses in the world. She holds a BSc (Hons) QS degree from the University of Central England, Birmingham, UK. She has previously served as Treasurer of the Institute of Botswana Quantity Surveyors. As the Founding Registrar, she is responsible for setting up the QSRC office and development of a Strategic Plan for the QSRC.
MR DUMISANI NTINI
Mr Dumisani F. Ntini was a Product and Market Development Graduate Trainee at the Botswana Stock Exchange prior to joining an independent marketing consultancy. He also served an apprenticeship in Audit, Tax and Advisory with Mazars Certified Public Accountants, formerly Moores Rowland International. He holds a Bachelor of Finance Degree from the University of Botswana, having attended the International Student Exchange Program at the University of Richmond, Virginia, USA. He also holds an International Certificate in Wealth Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Sector Procurement and Tender Process Management. He is an accredited tertiary sector trainer in the field of Finance. Mr Ntini is also a Mandela Washington Fellow who represented Botswana on the Public Management Track of the Young African Leaders Initiative flagship program at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies – Georgia State University, Atlanta, USA, in 2018.
